Day 1 - Drills and technique, Day 2 – Drills & Sparring

Meals provided:

BBQ lunch both days

What to bring:

Training gear - including runners, mouth guards, head gear, sparring gloves, water bottle, towel and a whole heap of enthusiasm. All attendees will be given a free pair of wraps on the day
